SIPOREX SLAB

is Dry-assembling system for performance of semi-assembling
monolith intermediate, roof and stair structures
 

Basic SIPOREX ceiling elements:

  • Concrete bearings (beams) reinforced with reinforcement trusses according to static estimate, with bearing capacity  1,33 kN/m1 to 5,2 kN/m1, and maximal span of 6,6 m.

  • Siporex Ceiling elements made of gas concrete with dry density of 700 kg/m3 and thickness 12,5 and 15 cm,

  • Reinforced-concrete  distance-beams, 

are produced within «Siporex» d.d. Tuzla production lines,  and with required instructions by skilled persons building in all types of existing and newly built structures, in accordance with design.

Siporex slab is:

  • Light-concrete structure with 90% of gas concrete, so 

  • Building total weight should be reduced up to 3 times comparing to monolith structures, and building expenses are reduced minimally 20%, comparing to classical systems. 

     IT HAS

  • bearing characteristics already 24 hours  after monolitisation.

     BECAUSE OF 

  • Minimal formwork quantity, it is possible to continue with other building work in the building,

  • Smooth ceilings are ideal for all final finishing layer types.

Siporex ceiling after all has:

  • Very good thermal insulation and fire resistance,
